Public telecommunications networks, operational communications infrastructure, resilience and technical service delivery.
The National Telecommunications Service supplies, maintains and develops communications infrastructure and telecommunications services for authorised United Hampshire public functions.
The agency provides the network and communications capability. The police, emergency service, call handler, operational commander or other service retains responsibility for the substance of calls and decisions. Ofcom remains a regulator, not the network operator.
